Since 1900, the church has been decorated on one of the windows with a stained glass made by Jindřich Pazdera, painting based on Pirner's design. It depicts St. Wenceslas sitting on a horse accompanied by members of his retinue, on the left several saints take him to paradise. St. Wenceslas adores the Virgin Mary depicted above him with Jesus, an angel hovering to the right above him hands him a martyr's palm. At the very top, a pair of angels hold the St. Wenceslas crown, above which the dove of the Holy Spirit hovers. In the lower part, separated by the text "You are the heir of the Czech land, remember your family" wife and man kneeling who allegedly have the faces of the patrons who financially contributed to the stained glass. Among them is an inscription board with a commemorative text: Dedicated to the city savings bank after 25 years of operation - established the years of the Lord MCM. The emblem of the town of Písek and the emblem of the Czech Kingdom are depicted at the very bottom.
