A unique Empire drawing room loveseat featuring a richly carved eagle and two elegant armchairs. The arms are supported by caryatids. Quite robust lion's paw legs. Neoclassical motifs in black paint combined with intarsia cover a significant part of the blackened polished pear wood. New green velvet upholstery. Minor repairs. Original polychrome painting and gilding.
