In his work, Jakub Berdych projects in his material the impact of humans, which confounds many but fascinates others. He processes the material in an unconventional but very intimate way, which appears natural and realistic. Berdych worked at the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague for several years; since 2003 he has also taught design at the Technical University of Liberec.
