The scenery of the thistle silhouette illuminated by the setting sun, into which the reign of silence and eternal peace has entered, belongs to the easily recognizable repertoire of Ota Janeček. A harmonious effect is achieved here by the composition of spatial plans with a highly contoured contour in the foreground and a solar gradient in the background. He only lets living and inanimate nature speak to us visually. All of Janeček's free and applied creation of poetic expression with an important role of color is thematically focused on nature and its detail. Ota Janeček's works can be found in NG in Prague, Tate Gallery and other collections around the world.
