Jiří Bradáček belongs to the generation of sculptors of the second half of the 20th century, which was significantly limited to his creative freedom due to the political situation. Before the war, he began studying at the State School of Ceramics in Prague, then continued at the School of Applied Arts under Karel Dvořák and at the Academy under Karel Pokorný. He was the founder of the North Bohemian group Krok 57. His artistic expression accentuates volume and the play of light and shadow. At the beginning of his work, he was influenced by Otto Gutfreund's cubism and social civilism and Emil Filla's sculptures. The offered sculpture was dispalyed in a gallery in Most in the 1960s.
