A hand-woven tapestry produced by Schlattauer Wallachisch Meseritsch (Valašské Meziříčí). A collection of fairy tale-motif tapestries were created based on designs by Hanuš Schwaiger. Throughout his life Schwaiger returned to the subject of the Pied Piper, for which he gained recognition as an artist in Vienna; it is very likely that he himself identified with the rat-catcher of Hamelin.
