Ivo Medek Kopaninský is one of the many talented artists who intervene in both artistic and literary work and create a distinctive work, where they do not hesitate to imprint the magic of the unexpected and especially a little humor. His collage "Telephone Call to East Berlin" from 1968 was placed by the London publisher Thames and Hudson on the cover of the 1st edition of the representative book of prof. B. Taylor: Collage - the Making of Modern Art. The work Night Watch deviates from the framework of collages and in a minimalist design lets the human imagination unfold over the number of possible scenarios that led to the creation of the work.
