During her studies, Věra Lišková cooperated with the Lobmeyr factory in Kamenický Šenov and in Vienna, where she worked on designs for drinking glass, as the post-war situation of glassworks demanded at that time. In 1947, while still studying, she won the Ministry of Culture prize for a table glass set. Věra Lišková also joined the Lobmeyr factory in Kamenický Šenov after graduating from the University of Applied Sciences. From 1950 Lišková also cooperated with the Karlovy Vary Glass Company - Moser - for this company she designed a number of drink sets and the first cut glass sculptures of fish and frogs. She also worked on metallurgical glass in Škrdlovice. Since the mid-1960s, Věra Lišková has been working in glass sculpture and studio glass. Exhibited in Madrid in 1977, bought in the artist's studio in 1978.
