Karel Rybáček devoted himself to painting, glass and pedagogical activities. He graduated from the glass school in Nový Bor in the department of painting and etching of glass and then the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in the department of monumental painting and glass under prof. J. Kaplický. From 1960 he worked as the chief artist of the department of painting and etching of glass at the glass school in Kamenický Šenov.
