Miroslav Vystrčil (1924 - 2014) LEGS

Miroslav Vystrčil Studied at the School of Arts and Crafts in Brno and at the Academy of Fine Arts under J. Horejc and B. Stefan. His original studio in Kampa served as a meeting place for many artists. In 1957-1958 he exhibited with the group Máj 57. The offered work Legs is a larger granite version alongside the metal sculpture. The work comes from the artist's estate, where it was part of a Japanese garden landscaped by the artist with concrete elements of sculptural quality.
