A PERCUSSION PISTOL

Pistol with a French flintlock, European export from the Mediterranean for the Ottoman Empire, 2nd half of the 18th century. The set is made of gilded brass, similar to the lock plate decorated with floral and tendril motifs, the barrel marked with the number 3 and signed "Henovl".
