Petr Holeček (1976) MEOW

Petr Holeček first studied art education in České Budějovice and then a course in drawing in Ireland, and in 2004 he settled in Ireland and became an assistant in the studio of sculptor Patrick O. Reilly. In Petr Holeček's works we encounter a poetic-ironising level, which builds on analogies to motifs from mythology, dreams and the collective unconscious, but with a bit of human humour.
