František Drtikol (1883 - 1961) MEDITATION

František Drtikol was born in Czech fine art as a photographer. His feeling for light and nude photography made him famous in our country and around the world, but in 1935 he completely abandoned photography. He was sinking deeper and deeper into himself. “God is where we let him. Meditation and invocation led him to spiritual growth and awakening. A silenced being closed off to the world shuts down to absolute liberation and a rain of divine light swirls wildly around it. The spine of the being is a white light that shoots towards the sky.
