Bathers is the work of Pravoslav Kotík from the period when his work was significantly influenced by Cubism. Kotík particularly likes to paint the female body, especially at the beginning of the 1930s, when his work also contains elements of neoclassicism. The theme reflects the relaxation of the interwar period.
