Zdeněk Strouhal (1939) THREE LANDSCAPES

Zdeněk Strouhal is a member of UB and The Hollar Association of Czech Graphic Artists. He specializes in painting, graphics and ceramics. In his work, he continues the tradition of European fine arts, especially the French concept of painting. He bases his work on drawing and observation, on sensory experiences that should be in harmony with the whole person - that is, with his reason. He believes in the emotional power of color. The painting should then be a pure interpretation of nature. The author is concerned with the mutual color relationships that ultimately carry the content.
