A sculptor of sports themes in Prague, he created sculptural decorations for sports stadiums around the world (Mexico City, Munich, Milan, Moscow, Tallinn). Also several political statues. His monumentally modeled sculptures on the border between socialist realism and futurism are strongly inspired by the work of the Italian sculptor Giacomo Manzu.
