Winter landscape by František Líbal, who studied at the Prague Academy with Vlaho Bukovac and Max Pirner. After graduating, he traveled a lot and created a set of depictions of cathedrals, which is highly valued for its integrity. František Líbal returned to the Prague views throughout his life and painted them in a brisk and brilliant way at various times of the day and season.
