By Petrus Kaerius, actually Pieter van den Keere (1571-1646), Flemish cartographer, engraver, publisher and globe maker, active mainly in England and Holland. Verso Latin text on the subject of the map, included in the "Atlas minor" by G. Mercator and J. Hondius in 1628.
