The Prague native, originally from Libeň, graduated from Václav Hollar's Secondary School of Visual Arts and then from the monumental painting studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, was born in 1964. In addition to painting, drawing and graphic art, he also designs sculptures, stained glass, metalwork and calligraphy. Since 1988, he has participated in a number of solo and collective exhibitions and international art symposia.
