Adolf Zábranský was a Czech painter, graphic artist and illustrator, representative of Czech socialist realism. His cycle The Revolutionary Tradition of Our People, with which he more or less openly subscribes to the aesthetics of the fifties, presents an official picture of history that finds its necessary outcome in the victory of the working people.
