František Hudeček (1909 - 1990) VIGILANT LANDSCAPE

František Hudeček was a Czech painter, graphic artist and illustrator. Among his kindred spirits were František Gross and Ladislav Zívr. As a sensitive artist, he looked at the world with a certain amount of melancholy and, especially during the war, created gloomy works full of existentialism and Protectorate distress.
