The inkwell is based on a design by the exceptionally talented architect Bedřich Feuerstein, a pupil of J. Plečnik and J. Kotěra, for the ARTĚL cooperative. The inkwell formed part of a four-piece writing set. An identical one is in the collection of the UPM, inv. no. 98572. Director's choice.
