Eva Prima Pandora is the subject of an original Renaissance work from 1550. Albín Brunovský opens an imaginary box, perhaps woven from the branches of the tree of knowledge, and lets out Eve - the first Pandora. Sparks fly from her hands, irreversibly changing the world, and although she might regret her action, she does not. She looks straight ahead with a mesmerizing, unruffled gaze and leaves humanity to its fate. Albín Brunovský did not accept the composition of modern paintings and stuck to the idea that an art object should be precious and beautiful. The beautiful and sophisticated form does not weaken the artistic message of the painting, but on the contrary, it emphasizes its communicativeness, forcing the onlookers to approach and perceive how the blades of grass are waving and what is happening in the other layers of the composition. Framed under anti-reflective glass with UV filter.
