František Drtikol (1883 - 1961) NUDE

František Drtikol created works of art that show a special sense of aesthetics influenced by art nouveau, art deco and avant-garde. The act numbered 17 minimizes the use of shadow, the figure in a tense pose revealing a chest with a necklace, which also points to Drtikol's use of props and costumes. It is ranked among the most successful Czech nude photography classics of all time.
