Jan Kodet (1910 - 1974) NUDE

In his work, he was greatly influenced by Egyptian sculpture and greatly inspired by contemporary artistic trends, especially poetism and cubism. The central theme for him was the human figure, and one of the most famous works is the monument to Vítěžslav Nezval in Petřín orchards.
