A chest with two high and two low drawers. Along the sides of the two high drawers, rectangular pilasters topped with gold antique capitals that support the upper section of the chest with the two low drawers. The face of the uppermost drawer is made of black wood with decorative brass snakes and a central ornament around the keyhole. Low rectangular feet in the rear; front feet in the shape of lion paws. Walnut, blackened, gilded and patinated wood, fire-gilded brass.
