The participant specified above is interested in participating in the Auction organized by ARTHOUSE HEJTMÁNEK - galerie a aukční dům s.r.o., registered office at Goetheho 17/2, 160 00 Prague 6, Company registration no.: 29149932, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, record no. C 203984 (“Arthouse Hejtmánek”). For this reason I am hereby applying to register for the Auction with the following form of participation:

Phone Bidding at Auction
The Auction Participant, in his/her capacity as the bidder, hereby authorizes Arthouse Hejtmánek to perform legal acts directed at achieving the purchase of the Auctioned Item, the starting price of which exceeds CZK 15,000.00, as instructed via the telephone contact hereinabove to the representative designated for this purpose by Arthouse Hejtmánek. The Auction Participant acknowledges that the call between him/her and the representative of Arthouse Hejtmánek will be recorded by Arthouse Hejtmánek to protect the rights of both parties. Furthermore, the Auction Participant hereby acknowledges that given the nature of Phone Bidding at Auction, Arthouse Hejtmánek cannot and does not bear any responsibility to the Auction Participant and the Auction Participant cannot incur any injury, harm or damage in any amount in connection with Phone Bidding at Auction.
Bidding with a written limit at Auction
The Auction Participant hereby makes a written bid to Arthouse Hejtmánek to purchase the Auctioned Item specified in this registration form, the starting price of which exceeds CZK 15,000.00. The Auction Participant is interested in purchasing the specified Auctioned Item up to the maximum price stated in this form (“limit price”); however, the minimum price is at least the starting price plus the buyer’s premium and VAT. The limit price must be defined as an unambiguous, specific sum; it does not include the buyer’s premium or VAT. The Auction Participant acknowledges that given the nature of Bidding with a Written Limit at Auction, Arthouse Hejtmánek cannot and does not bear any responsibility to the Auction Participant and the Auction Participant cannot incur any injury, harm or damage in any amount in connection with Bidding with a Written Limit at Auction.
The terms and conditions for the potential conclusion of a purchase agreement between the Auction Participant and the owner of the Auctioned Item, as well as all legal relationships between Arthouse Hejtmánek and the Auction Participant, are governed by the Arthouse Hejtmánek Auction Terms & Conditions dated 1 November 2018, with which the Auction Participant was acquainted and expresses unconditional consent, which the Auction Participant confirms by signing this registration form.
