Two rare Bohemian cubist vases of concave shape made of porous wood with black glaze with white edges of the canelure and with a body divided by twelve facets are according to the design of Pavel Janák from 1911. It was made by the company Graniton, Rydl & Thon Svijany - Podolí. Model number 760/3. The decor of A. Janák's collection of vases consisted of seventeen different shapes, but for these models three height levels and three decor colours were sufficient: black, white and gold.
