An impressive richly carved French mirror with floral and volute ornamentation around the inset mirror surfaces. The carving is complemented by a scraped out scale pattern. The Baroque mirror dates from the eight-year Regency period in France, when Philip II reigned in place of the young Louis XV. Orléans. Excellent state of preservation, original mirror.
