WRITING DESK 1272 AND CHAIR

The functionalist desk designed by the famous designer Rudolf Vichr and manufactured by Vichr and Co. forms a unit with a chair with armrests. A total of six drawers lockable by key with nickel-plated metal handles. The dark stained oak is interwoven with a chrome tubular steel frame. Rudolf Vichr won numerous awards for his designs during his career, including a gold medal at the 1958 Brussels World Exhibition. His designs have been exhibited in museums around the world, including New York's Museum of Modern Art and London's Victoria and Albert Museum. Completely restored.
