The Art Nouveau vase with a floral decoration in yellow and red is from the production of the Harrachov glassworks, the oldest operating glassworks in the world. The Harrachov glassworks was introduced to the world public at the first World Exhibition held in London in 1851. During the 19th and 20th centuries, the glassworks burned down three times, but was rebuilt each time.
