Karel Malich (1924 - 2019) CLUSTERS OF HANDS EMERGED BEARING AN UNKNOWN MESSAGE OF LIGHT

In the decade between 1986 and 1995, Czech sculptor and painter Karel Malich primarily focused on pastels, projecting onto paper his visions of light grounded in his intense innermost experiences and spiritual perception of reality.

Starting in 1980 he developed the themes of the “See-er” and the “Seen” and cosmological themes, recording his inner visions through fields of color and light with figurative elements of hands and feet.
