A CHEST

A wooden chest on carved volute legs. The front is composed of five sections with marquetry. The end sections are adorned with a serpent or salamander motif; the central section, which features a lock and key, is decorated with a simple rectangular motif; the remaining two sections feature a foliage motif with birds.
