A lantern clock from the workshop of clockmaker Martin Zartl, who worked in Vienna in 1819 - 1841. Eight-month movement, self-compensating pendulum on a suspension pin. Enamel number dial with brass, fire-gilded and guilloché ring, steel hands, marked "Martin Zartl in Wien". Mahogany and maple lines, brass, glass.
