Compared with the earlier painting Heľpianka, the preoccupation with the Slovak countryside and country life remains clear, but the brushwork and color scheme have undergone a change. The painting is loose, dominated by rich greens with contrasting red and orange. Both are typical for Bazovský in the 1950s. Oil on board, signed bottom right: M.A.B, same signature in back.
