René Roubíček (1922 - 2018) VASE EXPO 67

The blown dark green vase realized in the glassworks in Nový Bor was created for the 1967 World Exhibition in Montreal. René Roubíček was one of the leading figures of Czech glassmaking, he participated, for example, in the Czechoslovak pavilion at the 1958 World Exhibition. Roubíček's works are widely represented in important Czech and international institutions.
