An extremely rare large early 18th century safe known as a "cassa forte" is made of plated and plated wood with distinctive straps and studs. Unlocked by two original solid keys. Inside, one shelf, and two drawers. This is an exceptional design item, which comes from a significant estate. Excellent original condition with aesthetic interior finish.
