The goldsmith workshop of Carl Fabergé operated in Saint Petersburg all the way up to the October Revolution. The majority of the workshop's commissions were for the tsar's family and the imperial court. This anniversary silver plate is the work of the Fabergé workshop. Molded edge, decorated with an engraved stylized floral motif, dates, the initials "AG" and a Cyrillic inscription. Dedicated on March 16th by workers of 2nd master's workshop.
