Ladislav Karoušek (1926 - 1991) GREEN LANDSCAPE

Ladislav Karoušek graduated from the jewelery school in Turnov, majoring in gem and glass engraving. In Prague, he studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts with Vladimír Silovský and Miloslav Holé. In his concept, the landscape gradually transforms into an emotional and fantastic abstracted reflection with a strong emotional color palette. In the 1980s, he mainly devoted himself to the landscape around Český raj and near Jablonec.
