Václav Kozák (1889 - 1969) STROMOVKA

Václav Kozák was a landscape painter who studied with Ferdinand Engelmüller. He did not describe landscapes literally, he often used colored surfaces and spots. Stromovka is one of his favorite Prague themes, which he composed with freedom and a sense of rich color palette.
