Jiří Tesař (1960) A VASE WITH A HORSE DECORATION

The clear glass decorated with a deeply engraved decoration of running horses is the work of one of the most important contemporary glass engravers Jiří Tesar, designed by J. Vymazal. The works of Jiří Tesar are represented, for example, in the collections of the Vatican Museum or the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague. The glass is marked with engraved signatures of the authors and marked with the year 1991. Glass from the Exbor glassworks is marked on the bottom with an etching tincture. Excellent condition.
