Pocket edition taken from the famous Leuven (Louvain) Bible from 1547, the first after the Lutheran reform allowed by the pope and in the second half of the 16th century. very widespread. Typographically interesting bible, made by a renowned printer. Richly printed richly decorated parchment binding with buckles, marked and dated GFN 1567, on the front plate with depictions of saints.
