ICON OF JESUS CHRIST

"Christ pantokrator" or "Jesus Almighty" is a traditional orthodox type of depiction of Jesus Christ. Pantokrator, a predominantly Eastern Orthodox or Eastern Catholic theological conception, is less common in Western (Roman) Catholicism under this name, and to most Roman Catholic believers this designation is unknown. Christ Pantocrator is the concept of Christ as the meek but stern and omnipotent judge of mankind.
