The exceptionally crafted unique Empire secretary is a combination of timeless design and elegant Empire manners. On the sides, the root posts end in green-gold Caritas, in the middle of the upper door, massive fire-gilded fittings. Upstairs a drawer with two lion's heads, the secretary downstairs carried by four green-gold lion's paws. At the bottom under the rounded door, a trio of drawers with fire-gilded fittings in the form of lion heads. The interior of the cabinet is a combination of several materials and techniques: alabaster heads and feet of columns, which are reproduced on the sides and back in the original mirror, checkerboard floor is made of "schvarclot" technique, under it a secret box in the form of a black staircase opening behind one of the columns through an ingenious mechanism. Arched maple wood architecture decorated with black arches, behind it secret storage spaces with two drawers. The portal is dominated by a tympanum with a bronze fire-gilded classicist ornament, which is set in a red-stained maple spice. This is a really rare and design piece of furniture, which was designed for the most demanding clients of its time. Restored.
