Josef Drahoňovský (1877 - 1938) A GLASS VASE

Masterfully crafted cut-glass vase by the prominent Czech designer and glyptic artist Josef Drahoňovský bears a typical representation of an archer hunting flying birds. The inscription at the top of the vase reads: To commemorate the famous graduation I present to the director Dr. Ing. Jičinský to the academicians of the Ironworks in Třinec. Excellent condition.
