Jan Rýz (1946 - 2016) AN AUTOMOBILE

Since 1982, Jan Rýz has exhibited his works in many solo exhibitions, the last one he had in 2018. The work on offer belongs to the creation of so-called plastics, colored plastic spatial objects. With the help of interconnected plastic fibers and tubes of various strengths, the car, at Ryza, often varies the motif of car racing and sports in general. It is often an attempt to translate this dynamic dynamism into artistic language, which in its beginnings represented stylized pop art.
