Zdenka Braunerová was born into a wealthy family and studied privately under Amalie Mánesová, František Ženíšek and Antonín Chittussi. In addition to painting, she also devoted herself to graphics and supported talented artists in their careers. With graphic sheets, she mapped various corners of old Prague and fought against the Prague remeditation.
