Botho von Romer (1896 - 1970) DAILY FLIGHTS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS

In 1919, a division of the Bayerische Rumpler-Werke was founded in Augsburg under the name Rumpler-Luftverkehr. This division operated a total of 17 aircraft, including 13 modified Rumplers C.I. In March of the same year, the company was licensed for civil air transport. The route network included the Berlin-Leipzig and Leipzig-Munich-Augsburg routes, which from June 1919 could carry up to three passengers a day.
