The four-part bedroom, consisting of a bed, bedside table, dressing table and clock holder, was designed in 1899 for the girls' boarding house Vesna in Brno. It was realized in 1900-1902. The main motif that connects all three pieces of furniture is the stylized motif of an open dove's tail, based on folk architecture. On the bed it forms the headboard and on the tables it is part of the supporting structure and supports the top. The furniture is also decorated with carved floral motifs inspired by folk painting and embroidery. It is the mixing of folk and Art Nouveau elements that makes Jurkovič's work unique and extraordinary. Dimensions: bedside table 75 x 47 x 45 cm; dressing table 71 x 109 x 66,5 cm; bed 116 x 96 x 203 cm; holder 227 x 33 x 15 cm.
