Pavel Matuška (1944) THE CZECH ADVENTURER JAN ESKYMO WELZL FROM ZÁBŘEH AND HIS DOGS IN THE NORTHERN PO(PU)LAR CIRCLE

At the beginning of his career, Pavel Matuška worked in advertising graphics, illustration and cartooning. He held more than 100 solo exhibitions of visual humour and participated in the same number of group exhibitions, together with other artists. Currently, in addition to advertising graphics, he is increasingly devoting himself to freelance work - painting and carving. However, the focus of his work is still caricature and humour.
